Our values
- Keep things simple: the right job, at the right price, at a time that suits you
- Put customers' needs first, and adapt our service to meet them
- Give a clear, no-obligation quote before any work starts, so there are no nasty surprises
- Stand behind our work
Why choose us
Whatever the time of day, our team is on call.
We find the cause of the problem, not just the pests you can see.
A clear quote before we start.
We work with landlords, food businesses and offices as well as homeowners.
One team for the cause as well as the pests
Many pest problems start with a building fault. Rats often get in through damaged drains, and squirrels and birds through gaps in the roofline. Because Heat Plumb Drain also handles drainage, plumbing and heating, we can help put the cause right, not just treat the pests.
